A refundable $25 deposit is collected separately from your rental total. It is a deposit only, not a rental charge. Payment is due before or at delivery/pickup via cash, Venmo, or Cash App.

3. Terms & Conditions

Care & Condition

Renter agrees to keep equipment clean and free of damage. Equipment must remain covered or indoors during rain or extreme weather.

Cleaning Fee

Items returned with severe grease, paint, or excessive mud may incur a $15 cleaning fee deducted from the deposit.

Damage & Replacement Fees

If equipment is lost, stolen, or destroyed beyond normal wear and tear, the deposit will be withheld and the renter agrees to cover replacement costs:

White folding chair: $15 each
6-foot table: $85 each
Cornhole board set: $80 per set

Liability

Owner is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from setup, use, or transport of rented equipment.

Deposit Return

The $25 deposit is fully refundable. It will be returned within 24 hours after the equipment is returned and passes inspection, provided the terms above are met.

Se cobra un depósito reembolsable de $25 por separado del total del alquiler. Es solo un depósito, no un cargo de alquiler. El pago vence antes o al momento de la entrega/recogida mediante efectivo, Venmo o Cash App.

3. Términos y condiciones

Cuidado y condición

El arrendatario se compromete a mantener el equipo limpio y sin daños. El equipo debe permanecer cubierto o bajo techo durante la lluvia o el clima extremo.

Tarifa de limpieza

Los artículos devueltos con grasa severa, pintura o barro excesivo pueden incurrir en una tarifa de limpieza de $15 deducida del depósito.

Tarifas por daños y reemplazo

Si el equipo se pierde, es robado o se destruye más allá del desgaste normal, se retendrá el depósito y el arrendatario acepta cubrir los costos de reemplazo:

Silla plegable blanca: $15 cada una
Mesa de 6 pies: $85 cada una
Juego de cornhole: $80 por juego

Responsabilidad

El propietario no es responsable por lesiones, accidentes o daños a la propiedad derivados de la instalación, uso o transporte del equipo alquilado.

Devolución del depósito

El depósito de $25 es totalmente reembolsable. Se devolverá dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la devolución del equipo y su aprobación en la inspección, siempre que se cumplan los términos anteriores.

4. Aceptación y firma
